In 1986 I acquired my first Doberman Pinscher, after having been enthralled with the breed for about 8 years prior. I still remember the first Doberman I ever knew, a beautiful black and rust male named Max. He set my mind on what a Doberman should be; strong, courageous, intelligent, intuitive, and fun loving! We've shared our home with seven of our own Dobermans since that time, and have also had the honor of spending time and caring for many others belonging to friends.

The Doberman Pinscher is now an aristocratic, elegant working dog. They combine smooth flowing lines, with a strong and forward personality.
Although it is acceptable for a Doberman to be aloof, I find that they rarely are these days! They are a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a
strong active companion and working partner. They are intelligent and intuitive. Our past Dobermans have trained and worked in tracking,
obedience, and as valued therapy dogs. Our future plans for Mist, include these activities and so much more!

Joytons Irish Mist Wescot

DOB: 5-8-04
Black and rust bitch

Hips: OFA Good, VWD/DNA Carrier
Owners: Dakota Jordan and Joyce Moscato
CH GNRs Take No Prisoners x CH Dejax Blackeyed Susan Joyton

Misty is extremely special to us as she is the niece of one of our very special past dogs, and also the great-grandaughter of our Ch. Joyton's Black
Watch WAC. We have known so many of the dogs in her pedigree, and we are so excited to see what this combination might bring. We are also excited to be heading back to the Dobe ring with Misty, and eventually into the performance rings of obedience and agility. Misty will be my son Dakota's
first competition dog. Watch for them in a few years in the agility ring!

Misty gained her first two championship points owner handled! She will be out to complete her championship in winter/spring '08.
